Standard sales conditions The client accepts that the premises that this contract applies to are only rented to the client on a temporary basis and the duration of this rental period is agreed and accepted with no possible renewal.
Water, gas, electricity and garage space for one car (chalet Nativ) are included.
The rental includes the provision of bed linen, pillows, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils.
Animals are not allowed.
No gatherings or parties of any nature are permitted.


VALIDATION OF A CREDIT CARD

  • A valid credit card is required for all reservations in order to guarantee your reservation.

  • At the moment of reservation, the credit card will be debited with the amount shown on the reservation confirmation and on the e-mail.

  • The host accepts American Express, Visa and Mastercard cards. Debit cards are not accepted.


DEPOSIT
A deposit of between 500€ and 1500€ may be requested.
The host has the right to use the credit card provided by the client to cover all expenses incurred due to damage at the property.

MODIFIABLE : Yes

MODIFICATION TERMS :
The number of occupants can be modified if it does not exceed the capacity of the accommodation. If there are more occupants than stated at the time of reservation, a supplementary charge is payable.


CANCELLATION POSSIBLE : Yes


CANCELLATION TERMS :
The total amount payable for your stay will be taken from your credit card once the reservation can no longer be cancelled. Full refund for any cancellation made within 48 hours of booking.
SUMMER: The client can cancel their reservation without charge up to 7 days before the arrival date. The client must pay the full amount of their reservation if they cancel within the 7 days prior to the arrival date.
WINTER: The client can cancel their reservation up until 45 days before the arrival date. The client must pay the full amount of their reservation if they cancel within the 45 days prior to the arrival date.


We recommend that all clients take out an insurance policy to protect them against any unforeseen circumstances, check the travel insurance offered by your credit card provider or other insurance providers.

No refund or credit will be given for early departures or "no-shows".
